Interrogative Determiners :- The words what, which and whose are used before nouns to ask questions. Interrogative determiners appear just before nouns.

Before learning Interrogative Determiners, You should Have a Question   "What is Determiners?"

Definition of  Determiners:- Determiners, or noun signals, are special adjectives used before nouns.

Classification:-

What is Interrogative Determiners 


Interrogative Determiners :- The words what, which and whose are used before nouns to ask questions. Interrogative determiners appear just before nouns.

Example-
  1. What time is it?
  2. Which boy is your brother?
  3. Whose pen is this?

What is Possessive Determiners 


Possessive Determiners :- The words my, your, his, her, its, our and their are used before nouns to show ownership. They are called possessive determiners.


Example -

  1. I gave my sandwich to John.
  1. Is this your desk?
  1. Alan crashed his bike into a wall.
  1. Mrs. Park keeps her house very clean.
  1. The dog was licking its paws.
  1. There’s a snake in our garden.
  1. Susan and Peter have invited me to their party.

Attention Please !

  1. The possessive determiner your can be used when you are talking to one person or more than one person:

Example :-


  • I’m very angry with you, John. Your behavior has been very bad today. Jake and Josh, your dinner is ready.
